Things I can no longer eat without suffering the consequences:
- Roasted garlic
- Broccoli
- Linguica (some spicy sausages are OK, but this one isn’t working out so well)
- Soda
- Brown rice (in small amounts it’s OK)
- Overly spicy things
Things I used to not like/eat that I now like/eat:
- Cauliflower
- Red meat
- Greens (esp. chard)
Things that I just don’t like, no matter how much I’ve tried:
- Salmon
- Hops
- Malted things (malts, malt balls, etc)
