Things I can no longer eat without suffering the consequences

Things I can no longer eat without suffering the consequences:

  • Roasted garlic
  • Broccoli
  • Linguica (some spicy sausages are OK, but this one isn’t working out so well)
  • Soda
  • Brown rice (in small amounts it’s OK)
  • Overly spicy things

Things I used to not like/eat that I now like/eat:

  • Cauliflower
  • Red meat
  • Greens (esp. chard)

Things that I just don’t like, no matter how much I’ve tried:

  • Salmon
  • Hops
  • Malted things (malts, malt balls, etc)
